Volunteer Requirements
1. A $10.00 Administrative fee to cover the cost of the Volunteer T-Shirt and processing materials.
2. All Volunteers must complete the Volunteer Application and Training process,
regardless of how many years you have volunteered.
3. Age Requirements:
a. Security - 18 years and older (NYS Security Certification or law enforcement preferred).
b. On-Grounds Transportation – 21 years or older.
c. Off-Grounds Transportation – 25 years or older.
d. All other positions – 16 years or older
4.. Must be a regular attendee in good standing in your Christian Church or Fellowship.
5. If under the age of 18 years old, the volunteer must be under the direct care and supervision of a responsible adult. The adult does not have to be with you when you are volunteering, but be easily accessible in case of an emergency. Kingdom Bound Ministries does not assume responsibility for the care and welfare of the underage applicant and that proper adult supervision is required and must be available for the applicant at all times while the Kingdom Bound event.
6. VOLUNTEER ADMISSION. Volunteers are required to work a minimum “volunteer shift,”
of 5 hours per day. For each “volunteer shift”, you will be entitled to receive free comp admission for that day only. If you are STAYING ON-GROUNDS, you must work ALL 4 of the days of the festival. You may purchase a ticket if you choose to work less than 4 days. We must have the name of the site where you are staying, no later than when you submit your Volunteer Review Exam or you will not receive credit for your volunteer comp admission.
7. Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the position selected.
8. Volunteers are responsible to provide their own accommodations and food for the event. Kingdom Bound will not be responsible for providing these items.
Acceptance of volunteer applications is at the discretion of Kingdom Bound Ministries.

(Parental Consent Form, Pastoral Referral, Camping Voucher
and Pay-Once Parking)
3. Complete Volunteer Application and Schedule
(May be completed On-Line, it is not necessary to print Volunteer Application when completing On-Line)
4. Volunteer Training
A. First Time volunteers who live less than 100 miles: Select a
Training Date to Attend.
B. Individuals who live 100 miles or more from Buffalo/Rochester,
qualify to complete the On-Line Training Review or attend a training.
C. Returning Volunteers must review the Taining Manual and submit
a "Returning Volunteer Training Confirmation Form."
